A Center of Hope
For individuals, families, and communities, Centers for Independence serves as a center of hope. We are able to do this, because we have reimagined what “center” means. Our reach and impact are not bound by a brick and mortar location.
We’ve grown and adapted through innovations:
- Becoming a mobile, responsive organization
- Extending our programs and services beyond traditional boundaries to meet the needs of our communities wherever they are
Our programs and services exist wherever there is a need:
- career placement
- food security
- trauma recovery
- medical support
- behavioral health assistance
- home care
By redefining what “center” means, we are creating a network of care and support that is modern, adaptable, and deeply rooted in addressing the pressing challenges of our society and communities.
A center for results and evidence-based outcomes.
We apply data-informed approaches and collect data on the results of our efforts. And we’re pleased to share the results of our work. In recent surveys, 92% of CFI program participants indicated that “The care or service I received has improved my life.” Additionally, 93% of respondents indicated that “I have a say in my care or service.” This demonstrates that we are fulfilling our goal of moving individuals closer to total health and independence.
We are a center for solutions to pressing challenges.
