We're pleased to announce key changes to the Centers for Independence (CFI) Board of Directors as we continue our work to support and advocate for people in Wisconsin, and beyond, with disabilities and other behavioral health needs. These changes were voted into effect Dec. 19, 2024.
New Board leadership:
- Rebecca (Riv) Goldman - President, retired General Counsel and SVP of Optimas Solutions and retired Rockwell Automation executive, bringing extensive experience in business, advocacy and public policy advancing inclusion and disability rights
- Morgan Tilleman - Vice President, Partner and Lawyer with Foley & Lardner, LLP, with a strong background in corporate and regulatory insurance and reinsurance law, and on the intersection of health care and insurance
We warmly welcome two new Board members:
- Jordan Boehm – CPA with CliftonLarsonAllen, with expertise in business and finance
- Morgan Phelps – Founder and CEO of Colorful Connections, specializing in workplace culture, diversity recruiting and retention
We express our heartfelt appreciation to our departing Board members – Jeff Fleming and Dan Neely - whose leadership has been instrumental in expanding access to quality healthcare and support services throughout our community. Antonio Riley, who served as CFI’s Board President for 3 years, will now serve as immediate Past Chair. We are grateful for Antonio’s leadership and guidance through the years.
Our newly composed Board reflects CFI’s ongoing commitment to improving outcomes and enhancing total health for all who we serve. Their combined expertise in healthcare, social services, business, and community advocacy will help guide CFI toward an even greater impact.
