The 4th Annual D&I Leadership Conference was held Tuesday morning Oct. 8 at Marquette University.
This year's theme was “Culture Eats Strategy For Breakfast.” The theme emphasized the vital role our organizational culture plays in driving strategic success. The conference aimed to enhance knowledge, skills, and abilities, equipping staff members with the tools to advance CFI's Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) strategic objectives.
