2025 Year in Review: A Year of Growth, Impact and Innovation
As 2025 comes to a close, we’re proud to reflect on a year defined by progress, resilience and community impact. Thanks to the dedication of our team and partners, we achieved milestones that strengthened our mission and expanded our reach. Here’s a look at what made this year remarkable:
Setting a Strong Strategic Direction
We launched a new strategic plan and refreshed our mission, vision and values to guide the future. Our values are: Equity, Excellence, Innovation, Collaboration and Community.
Expanding Programs and Services
Reopening our Crisis Resource Center – North last spring provides essential support to people in need. We also welcomed Next Step Clinic to CFI, expanding our services for children and families (i.e., autism screening, family navigation). When the longest government shutdown in U.S. history delayed SNAP benefits, we acted quickly to help clients access food. Work is already underway to reopen the Bay View Campus, which will let us expand Day Services programming early next year.
Engaging Our Community
We celebrated five years of community and connection at Milwaukee’s Juneteenth Celebration. Our team also set a participation record at the 2025 NAMI Walks, honoring the memory and legacy of John Chianelli.
Recognition and Partnerships
We were honored to be nominated by Milwaukee Media Group and named a Potawatomi Hotel & Casino Heart of Canal Street beneficiary, reinforcing our community impact.
Looking Ahead
2025 was a fantastic year! We continue building on our deep history and work toward an even brighter 2026.
