Johnny Ramirez is a dining room attendant at Culver’s on Milwaukee’s south side. At 33, it is his first job. Johnny wanted a job so he could fix the ceiling fan in his bedroom, but also help with some of the bills at home. About a year ago, Johnny successfully completed the employment and job training program.
